Chris Reading is a freelance sound designer and recordist based in Central London working with independent film and documentary makers. A diverse range of services in production and post production are available.

Track laying / sound editing
Working with Digidesign Pro-tools HD to edit and clean recordings. Organising soundtrack elements and creating stems for mixing. Foley editing, and extensive sound library archives.

Mixing
Equipped for two channel and upto 5.1 mixing with Genelec and PMC monitoring.

Workflow
Compatibility to industry standards, and integrated with Final Cut and Avid post production.

 

Production
On-set and field recording including: boom operation, foley, and a large array of microphones for all recording scenarios.

Voice-over
Dialogue recording for broadcast and ADR using first class mics and preamps. Supervised recording sessions available.

Musical
On-set or studio recording of programme/score music.
